Our cutters are the best and this is why

At Great British Jigsaws we really do value the craftspeople who help to make our puzzles the best in the country. We use local specialist die maker Crosland Cutters to produce our jigsaw dies, their design and engineers are the best in the business. Each our tools are made by hand by their skilled staff which ensures our pips and interlocks are the best they can be, no cheap pre-form pieces here!

The image above shows both the splitting tool that we use and the complicated jigsaw tool, the jigsaw tool itself takes many hours of labour to produce but the results from this input are worth it. The rule that is used in our dies is from the best steel from Germany (the hardness of the steel required means we cannot source from the UK) and is engineered to stay sharp for many impressions.

We have visited Simon and his team many times over the past couple of years and we enjoy a great working relationship with them.
